HOLD ROME CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Hold Rome is a townhouse suité, so there is not a permanent receptionist service.

​

​Hold Rome gives you the possibility to manage your check-in independently by "virtual keys" of the apartment (door and entrance door) before your arrival.

You will be able to open the apartment door with your smartphone!

​

If instead you have no way to download the app for the virtual keys, do not worry you can check in normally.

In this case just arrive at HOLD ROME will be sufficient to intercom.
